HOW WILL THE LOANS CAFÉ BE PAID ?

We will receive a commission from the lending company. This is variable and is dependent on a number of factors. Our commission schedule is outlined in our ‘Certificate of Appointment’.

The typical amount of commission received would be xx% of the amount borrowed. This commission payment is a payment from the lender to us. It is not deducted from your loan advance.

We ‘may’ also charge you a fee of $199 if you do not proceed with the loan after a validation has taken place.
